Terms and conditions

 Orders are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, we cannot guarantee availability until payment has been received in full.

You can change the details of your order by contacting us at least 7 days before your event. This may include the delivery address, products and dates. Please note that we will endeavour to adjust to your new requirements however, this may not be possible at all times if product orders have already been placed with our suppliers or certain ingredients are not available before your event takes place. In these cases, cancellation fees may apply.

You may cancel your order in full and be entitled to a refund as per the following conditions:

• 100% refund if 15 days' notice or more is provided.
• 50% refund if 8 to14 days' notice provided.
• 0% refund if 7 days' notice or less is provided.

We are a Bexley based company and delivery costs are worked out based on mileage from us. Our delivery fee is £5 in the London Borough of Bexley. Any other areas will incur an additional fee of £0.60 per mile. Prices are rounded up to the next £0.50.

 Our catering services include a simple, flat food layout without the provision of cutlery or crockery. Customers that don’t require any layout will receive the food delivered in disposable trays and boxes. 

Unless stated otherwise in our invoice, our catering services do not include the removal and disposal of food packaging and cleaning and waste management after your event.

Please note that we prioritise delivering the highest quality food for your event. However, we cannot take responsibility for the quality of the food beyond two hours after delivery or collection. To ensure the best experience, we recommend that all food be consumed within this timeframe and request that you factor this in when planning your event. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
