Our Executive Chef
With nearly 20 years of experience in food catering, Michelin and fine dining restaurants, and trained at the most prestigious school of Italian cuisine in Parma, our Executive Chef is constantly experimenting with new flavours and techniques to create unique, yet simple and delicious dishes that meet your event style and catering needs.

Food hygiene rating
We want to assure customers of our continuous dedication to delivering safe, hygienic, and top-tier culinary offerings. This is why in November 2023 we proudly secured the coveted five-star food hygiene rating from the Environmental Health Officer (EHO), confirming our commitment to exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety, and overall operational excellence as part of our catering services.
Additional qualifications
In addition to our stellar food hygiene rating, our Executive Chef brings more than just delicious flavours to the table; he comes with a wealth of additional knowledge and qualifications that prioritise your wellbeing and nutrition with every dish. These include a Level 4 on Food Safety, Level 2 in Nutrition and Health, Risk Management, and Health and Safety for Managers.
